The conference, co-hosted by Ontario’s Ministry of Northern Development and Mines for the second consecutive year, brings together the world’s leading institutional investors and mining executives.

Guest speakers will include Goldcorp chairman Ian Telfer, Pan American Silver’s Ross Beatty, Sprott president and CEO Rick Rule and Charles McConnell, who served as assistant secretary for fossil fuels in the Obama administration.

A pre-conference summit October 2 will focus and the role of battery power metals, renewable energy, uranium and fossil fuels in the evolving energy mix.

Mines and Money was established in 2003 with the aim of educating and connecting investors and miners. The first event was held in London with subsequent conferences in Hong Kong, Melbourne and New York.

Mines and Money Americas will be held at the Delta Toronto Hotel.
