Premier Gold and its joint venture partner Centerra Gold have submitted an Environmental Impact Statement and Environmental Assessment to the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency and the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change for their Hardrock Project in Geraldton. A formal environmental review is scheduled to commence in July. Progress also continues with the optimization of the feasibility study as part of a mandate to further de-risk the project. A total of C$3.5 million was spent by Greenstone Gold during fourth quarter of 2017. All project expenditures will continue to be funded 100 per cent by Centerra Gold Inc. until the remaining development commitment of C$116.9 million has been spent.
