B&D Manufacturing of Sudbury has partnered with AUMUND Fördertechnik of Germany, allowing B&D to provide its customers with a complete turnkey solution for all conveying and storage needs of bulk materials.
B&D Manufacturing will be an authorized representative of the AUMUND product line and services.
The partnership enables B&D Manufacturing to expand its field services, adding to the current offerings which include on-site align boring, machining, crusher installations, inspections and repairs, as well as mining equipment repair and maintenance.
AUMUND Fördertechnik specializes in transport and storage solutions for bulk materials and has locations in Russia, Brazil, China, France, Hong Kong, India, the U.S. and Poland.
B&D currently provides various field mechanical services on mining equipment, including material conveying systems in the Sudbury Basin. With this agreement the company will also provide service in Manitoba, Quebec and throughout Ontario.
