BESTECH has been selected by Calabrian Corporation to provide engineering services for the recently announced SO2CLEAN production facility in Timmins, Ontario. Design and site development are scheduled to begin immediately, followed by construction. The goal is to have the facility fully operational by the end of 2016.
BESTECH will be the lead engineering firm on the project with responsibility for land development, civil, structural, mechanical, instrumentation, and process control requirements. In conjunction with their partner Praetorian, BESTECH will also oversee construction, procurement, contracts, schedules and cost controls. The contract offers BESTECH an opportunity to showcase its expertise in an industry outside of mining.

This SO2CLEAN facility will supply the mining, paper and water treatment operations in the region.
