Cementation Canada Inc. has completed the acquisition of Merit Consultants International, a project and construction management service company providing project support to the mining and minerals industry worldwide.
The acquisition establishes a Canadian west coast presence for Cementation that will allow it to provide further access and support to the mining industry in the region, while providing Merit with a depth of engineering and technical support for their clients.
